I'd seriously consider changing the colour - it doesn't make for easy reading! Maybe some more subdued tones, which will impart a more professional and business-like appearance.

What's your opinion of ugly marketing? I have a similar site which has very subdued tones and which get similar traffic but yields less than 10% of the enquiries that this one does. It's an important point but my conclusion is that ugly works in this business.

Sure thing James - if it works, don't change it! Just an opinion from a design point of view!
