As we all are familiar with SEO, In this,we all should be aware from two different words first is "PR" and second is "SERP".I would like to know which is the main factor in terms of SEO?

Agree with Max except I'd add automatic blog commenting, social bookmarking and directory submission. don't try to do it yourself, get all the free auto-submission tools and let the technology do its work.

And of course don't forget to submit your site Google every hour, this give your site high priority.

Ignore the comment about submitting your site to Google every Hour. That will get you removed from the SERPs.

True, and relevant backlinks as well. This is little point in spending too much time acquiring links that have no association or connection what so ever with what your industry is.
