This looks to be a permissions issue and I can see exactly which permission is missing and why you don't have this. I'll get this updated for you as soon as I can and run this past the team to get rectified for future users.

OK will need to try and work out why @alan1302 and @CazzieB cannot access. A quick look at your accounts shows you should have automatically had your account upgraded to have access so will investigate.
