These people ring aannually asking to confirm company 'information' and I'm happy to confirm the information they have but they also ask sensitive information such as amount of staff employed, turnover etc. Do all companies give out this information willingly?

Ihave taken to letting them waffle with their script, and when they finish I ask them how many calls they have made today - that throws them. They generally stunble around for a while, then give me a number - my cue to say well, thats your call target met then, thanks for calling - dial tone ensues.......
