You do know that Google uses different servers in different areas and that these can deliver slightly different results?

Disagree with this statement. Many .co.uk sites do well internationally. Looking at the stats for one site I see visitors from all over the world despite the site being a UK only service. For example you are never likely to see the results of a .co.uk website in the USA unless it has unique and valued content.
I get you 10th on page 1
Yes but he has used quotations in the search, 99% of people do not narrow down a search using quotations - the standard for checking your positioning in the serps is without quotations
Hello,
www.webcreationuk.com are quoting £1195 for shop creation has anyone heard of them or used them?
Good or bad?
The problem is the support (if you read the whole thread). They will create a template and get you to accept this as the 'design'. They then throw a basic ecommenrce package together and deliver it as the completed site.At a glance they look good and £1195 is not bad for a custom designed site.
Most of it is based in India and so bad is the service and attitude
Ok, I just did and I fail to see why you want people to look at them?
I think the point that BDW was trying to make is that they are just stock websites using a generic template. They are typical of the Asian outsourcing sausage factories.
They are mostly pretty hopeless at anything innovative and really stuggle with any bespoke coding. Of course there are some great providers but 99% just churn out clone sites.
I don't think we were so you should not be decrying us for doing so.so you should not be decrying India for its software skills !

We had a client who used them who had a horrific experience and took them to court (and then instructed someone from this forum and are delighted).
Please do read online reviews before trying.
IIRC all the work done was outsourced to India.
Please tell me who sued them I can not get a penny back, 12 grand later and 2 years on.
Webcreation UK is a complete waste of time and money. They hook you in by claiming to be UK's best web design agency, charge half the money upfront, promptly outsource the work to oversees, and never deliver any useful product. They promise 'unlimited revisions', but the oversees designers never follow any of the requests/instructions. If you ask for five changes, you might get one, done badly, if you are lucky.
The business plan seems to be based on the first half of your payment - I wonder how many projects are actually completed. I know I am ready to give up!
It's actually not inevitable at all. According to their website they are charging £395 for a single webpage and £645 for five to eight pages. I can beat this and just about any of their prices for a website designed from the ground up here in the UK. My prices are quite low but certainly not the lowest in the UK and certainly not unusually low.At this price it is inveitable the work will be done overseas which in general means the quality and control you will have over your site will be poor.
