warehouse unit in or around bridlington

hi all
i am looking at getting a warehouse unit as my company's stock level are too big for the house and that would mean i can grow the company if i had bigger premises.
i have found a unit in Bridlington on the Bessingby industrial estate that has easy in easy out leases - which i am in favour of incase the business takes a dive!
does anyone know of any other units at decent prices - Carnaby Industrial est are too expensive.

What kind out stock is it that you wish to store? Does it have to be a large warehouse? Are you bothered where in Bridlington it is?

i run an online retail store so it will be approx 5000 clothing items but hopefully to grow to double that within 12 months. I am looking at a unit at bessingby tomorrow think approx 500sqft. Not too bothered where in Brid as it isn't such a big place to get from 1 side to the other!!
