Hi All,

I am in the process of opening a call centre, starting off with about 5 telesales staff, possibly expanding to 12 in a month or so, due to the nature of the business, I require a unlimited landline calls package for each agent. Can anyone reccomend the best way forward?

Thanks in advance.

Vodafone business offered us unlimited national and international calls and charged us gbp 40 each handset. We had 8 mobiles and 4 landlines so for 12 X 40 we have unlimited calls anywhere in the world including uk landlines and mobiles.
If you are interested call them and ask for onenet solution.

Have a look at using VoIP - There are several VoIP providers that can offer "unlimited" packages. Any "unlimited"package though will have a fair usage policy. However unlimited packages aimed at businesses tend to have a higher limit!

Have a look at www.gradwell.com. They offer some very good unlimited call packages (inc. International calls).

No-one does, or can do, unlimited packages for the simple reason that it would instantly get abused - there would be nothing to stop people adding an unlimited number of people onto the account. Every telco pays a pence per minute charge to deliver the call to the distant end. So it's a fast way to bankruptcy.

6x400x5=12,000 minutes per day sounds a lot but even at our standard, un-discounted, charge of 1p per minute it's only £120 which is incredible value for 6 agents calling for 6+ hours per day each.

Discounts are already built into the packages we sell but for the bigger volumes generally made from outbound call centres we just say, get your systems set up and as soon as you're hitting the volumes that put you outside the standard packages, we'll talk about what we can do.

    Hi CJD

I assume the OP means a total of 300-400 calls a day between the team giving 2000 minutes a day, otherwise each agent would be calling at least 25 hours a day  Costing £20 per day?

    Excellent value :)
