When using twitter is best to use your real name or company name? Or should you do a twitter for each?

Psst - those links have the wrong URL.We have started using twitter and one good business purpose is to keep customers up to date with what we are doing. If they are following us on twitter they can see when we add a new feature or new blog article.
Works for people who are using it to ask us a question, although we have other mechanisms for this as well. But before buying it is an easy way for someone to ask us a question that feels less formal. Not as high a volume as emails at the moment but it is increasing.
It can be an interruption though so has to be managed in a positive way.
If it is helpful you can have a look at our business twitter to see how this is used by different customers/potential customers

Good luck, it takes a little while to build into using it. I am still working at building relationships.. not as good as my business partners.

I have bitten the bullet and joined Twitter (despite my previous thoughts!) and i have to say i am getting quite into it. I know quite a few UKBF members are on it - i just wondered in terms of business purposes how useful do you find it?
