Since when did monitoring the finances of a newly made up church, run by a self appointed, unaccountable Biblical, philosophical, moral and theological non-scholar who admits to never even studing the Bible, but who is asking the public to give him their hard earned cash, equate to stalking :rolleyes:

I can have you know I have spoken to contacts I have in HMRC and they have no problem with it.

You can set yourself on a journey if you want to to destroy what you cannot control, enjoy yourself.

I'd have thought it would have taken a little more than a bit of online ribbing before the teeth were bared and true colours started to show?

Online ribbing is one thing but this isn't that at all. What Massey does is online ribbing. What many of the Atheists do is a bit of ribbing and/or out of their genuine disbelief of God.

That is their choice but Parthelan is something else. He has clearly made his intention known that he wants to see such a ministry destroyed because he does not like it.

Some churches perhaps are corrupt and I do not know how many there are but the clipping was from several years ago and there is corruption in many many businesses. Would you agree that all businesses are corrupt because some are? Look at the notorious building trade, I had work done, paid cash, said he would send receipt never got it. Yes there is corruption but I do not think every builder is the same. There are guidelines set up, things that self employed people have to register with but there are still corrupt business people.

Still, at least while this piece of poison is concentrate on me, he is giving DCE a well earned break!

I think Catholic. He used to be a nice man when he was <name removed> but he has changed. I remember when he left for a while and I put a post up asking where our <name removed> was. It is hard to believe that this Parthelan is the same person.

I do not mind at all if someone wants to see what to see that everything is above board but it is wrong when someone is doing it out of menace.

He was such a nice man as well. Still, I do not know him I guesss and he is just a name on a forum who is probably spending more time as Herbert today.

That makes a lot of sense indeed Faerie B. We did think of putting the bank statements up but then the more you show, there are some who do not want to stop asking questions and nothing will satisfy those who say it is a scam. They will be convinced there is an offshore account somewhere and say that that is a front account as it is not showing enough money.

They would then want names and addresses of anyone who has donated etc etc. I think sadly you are bang on, the more you give, the more they want. Nothing is ever enough.

Parthelan, is on some mission and it is poisonous. Yes I have reacted and I think after being accused of what he is implying I have a right to . I am a sinner because I was born one, I accept this but this is getting simply ridiculous.

Ahh but you see, I think you are on some mission too!! Only yours is to ram Jesus Christ down our throats despite various stating, that respect is a two way thing ie I respect that you wish to believe in him, yet you constantly try and not respect my wish to not believe in him!! :eek:

When I was in the services, we knew what pubs we could go to, to guarantee a fight :D

We were barred from them all. We still went though, as sure as eggs is eggs, we'd have some cracking fights :D

Now I just mosey into the mind of god thread - the body may be a bit older, but the spirit is still there, and willing.

*sigh - happy days* :D

Reminds me of growing up in Petersfield - Hants.

On a saturday night you'd get the navy from the south (petersfield) meeting the army from the north (aldershot) in the town square - with the locals on the 3rd side of the square (pubs on 3 sides)

Get drunk, all in the square for a fight then back in the pub buying each other pints afterwards!

If you were to back 2500 or so years you would have been killed for expressing the views you carry. Have you not noticed through time all the different cultures there have been and with them all the different gods.

Yours has no more evidence than those.

Also why are most mulslims black and most christians white? and how many different religions are there for you to pick through to find the right one? because if you get the wrong one your a gonner apparently.

The world is headed towards athiesm at an astronomical rate in my opinion. Short of some substantial evidence that there is a correct religion.

A world without religion i think myself would make the world a better place...

I have so many happy memories from those days - exactly as you describe :D In fact, truth be told, many of the friends I made back then, and some have been life long friends since, I first met fighting them after a good skinful :D:D:D
