tax return (AS800) for partnership

Hi!

I have to fill the tax return (AS800) for partnership (llp) registered in may 2017 and dissolved in January 2018. The partnership had no business operations at all, no income or costs. All partners are no UK residents.

In the form AS800 "Partnership Tax Return 2018" there is a question "Q3: Did the partnership business include a trade or profession at any time between 6 April 2017 and 5 April 2018?"

My question is: In described situation is the answer to the question yes or no. Should I answer "yes" and fill fields 3.1 to 3.116 with zero amounts? Or have I answer the question Q3 with "no" and leave fields 3.1 to 3.116 empty?
