To whom it may concern.
I am looking to have t shirts and sweatshirts made with my own label and designs. The range would consist of men's roundneck t-shirts, mens roundneck sweatshirts, women's fitted t-shirt and women's fitted sweatshirts (4 garments). Ideally, the manufacturer would be within the UK although outsourcing further afield could also be possible but will be dependant on the support offered/ available and the related fees.
Designs will require a logo of either glitter, rhinestones or basic printing. All garments should be made of cotton, ethical sourced and produced. The majority of designs will be in glitter..
With a store and concession in an exclusive UK department store expected to begin trading within 12 months, order quantities will rise to a potential 6000 per quarter.
My initial order will be for
3 designs on 1 black and 2 white base garments, in 4 sizes (xs, s, m, l). Each design will be applied to 3 of each garment style (men's T, men's s/s, women's t, women's s/s).
= 1 design x 4 styles x 4 sizes x 3 units of each = 48 units per design. X3 designs = 144 units.
Or
20 single different designs (10 on black. 10 on white base garments) with all logos using glitter for logos or slogans. I will use these samples as promotional goods with social media and press exposure assured. The website will hold 200+ designs that customers can select and order. Payment would be received and an order placed with supplier. Volume is likely to be low to start but increase dramatically. I would also order 20 prints of a single design per month in addition to the specific customer orders. These will assure a minimum trade and be used promotionally (monthly special offer/choice)
= 20 x 1 + 1 x 20 = 40 units - sizes (5 x xs, 5 x s,5 x m, 5 x l (20 x 1) 5 x xs, 5 x s, 5 x m, 5 x l= (20 x 1)
Advice, guidance, prices for supply and time frame turnaround required
Many thanks
