Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone is well on the Forum.

I was wondering if there are any Business Mobile Contract users on this site? What do you think of your business contract? Who are you with? How do you rate your deal? The customer services you receive?

I work for T-Mobile and would like to know how everyone rate us against the competition when it comes to business mobiles?

I am also interested in anyone that is with T-Mobile and is happy and would recommend any other business users to me? The reason is mention is I work in sales and for each line you recommend you and the person you recommend get £25.00 per line(upto £1000)

Also if your with another network and are not happy i'd like to hear from you also.

My company has a T-Mobile contract. We are very happy with it. I wont take up your offer though as we can resell T-Mobile business contracts through one of our distributors. The margin is considerably more than £25 per line :D

Hi Morgy I appreciate where your coming from i hope this goes some way to answering your question.

It a 0845 number as it is not fixed to a location so needs to be transferred to one of my colleague's if I am on a call. We do have a free number 150 for all service needs. I also advise my customers or potential customers if they call I will call back so I pick up the cost of the call or get them to e-mail me. Unfortunately I can't save it as part of my signature.

Yes, I recommend T Mobile. Have been with Vodafone and Orange and they are scandalous for overcharging and their bad customer service, but business customer service of T Mobile has been great! Keep up the good work! :)

All the best,
Anna

I just changed to t mobile, from o2. Everything was fine until i received my bill..............It bore no relevance what so ever to what i signed up for, and when i was trying to sort it out, your Monkey hung up on me.

Lots more work needed, come back o2, all is forgiven.

We had T Mobile contract for a year on 3 phones. Phones, service etc. fine - my phone broke and was replaced no hastle.
Only problem was reception. Coverage in Northern Ireland is terrible and wo we left once the contract was up and went back to Orange.
The fundamental function of Mobile Phones it to make phone calls and, unfortunately, with T Mobile we couldn't.

Lots more work needed, come back o2, all is forgiven.

Switched from O2 to T-mobile in '01 (I think) - switched back to O2 the following year for 3 years. Switched from O2 to Orange in '06... Switched back to O2 after 3/4 months and ran both sims concurrently (as Orange locked me into a contract that I couldn't wait to get out of). Moral of the story - no matter how tempting the deal - don't leave O2!!

Don't get me wrong, the other companies were fine - Orange is relatively expensive BUT their customer service is second to none. T-mobile is relatively cheap (the flex deals are v. impressive) BUT their customer service is poor <sorry Business_no1>. O2 (like baby bear's porridge) is just right. Funnily enough, before I renewed my business contract with O2 this year I gave a T-mobile Sales Manager a call (got her number from an associate in the building) - missed her & left a message... No reply after 2 days. So I tried again - got through & she said she'd call me back within the hour... But didn't. You know a company's customer service is poor when you can't get a call-back from a *sales* rep!! She eventually bothered to call back after 2 weeks, by which time I was already 2 weeks into my new contract with O2 :D

Glad to hear the feedback, some good and some not so much so. Seemingly the customer services seems to be an issue? As for the sales rep not calling you back stargazing, that is crazy!! Why didn'y ou come through to me. Our Mobile broadband has been voted the best in the UK so I'm not sure what problems your having with your HSDPA. Any body needs any info on T-Mobile deals feel free to e-mail me direct [email protected].

Michael are you aware of the recent changes to the USB Internet "dongles" and -Mobiles blocking of RDP traffic? Remote Desktop being a business application its causing a lot of our T-Mobile clients to skip off and pick up Vodafone ones at the moment. That cant be good.

I have had a T-mobile phone for nearly two years, and am currently awaiting my new Blackberry on my new tariff.

TBH, I found dealing directly with T-mobile a waste of time, and I go through a company called BusinessMobiles - they sort everything out for me, get me the tariff I want, and sort me out a decent phone. No hassles, other than a quick form to fill in.

T-Mobile's only fault as I can see is that they will drop signal on me (particularly during the evening) for no apparent reason from time to time, but I can live with it.
