As a Limited business their are a number of things you need to do, from setting up the ltd company, appointing directors, Health & Safety, Business Plan, Insurance etc etc.

What have you already done and what are the missing pieces you need filling?

I'm looking into residential construction, in that meaning renovation, maintenance ( plumbing, electrical, heating etc), building extensions and things of that nature

I have set up the company appointed directors, but I do not know legally where to go form there
