First you must find a reliable,honest ,and profesional China supplier, this will make you business much smooth.
if you do business with a honest,reliable , professional China supplier, this will much save you time,energy,and money. The problems is that usually it is difficulty to find this a supplier, according my experience, usually it need to take at least 1 years to find this a supplier. even you do several transactions with a same China supplier, but you still worry something, because you cant guarantee that you will be not cheated by he or she in the future, because you do not know this person personlity, you just do business with he or she, you do not have personal feeling with he or she. I have 2 UK friends , who do business with me until now. at first ,we not see each other, what we have just business,transactions. but we keep in touch with each other, we talked about new products or gadgets,ebay selling,amazon selling, price. we almost talked everyday by skype. alomse half year later, we become good friends, we totally trusted with each other. at first we do have lots problems.like shipping cost , shipping time, product quality control , returns, faulty items and so on, but we solved all this problems one by one, later Our transaction is smooth. he know i alwasy offer him the best price, and he never worry the money that he paid me.and never worry the goods that i ship it to him. i trust him too. so i made some item stocked in his home. when i sold item out on UK ebay , he help me to delivery this item to UK buyers, this much save the shipping time and shipping cost.and UK Buyers are very satisfied my ebay deliver speed.
Second, you need to find a supplier ,who is professional at your products ,and shipping ways, shipping cost. and this supplier should be good at english too. According my opinion, most of the unhappy transaction caused by misunderstanding and bad communication.
If you always buy products from one supplier, he can easily give you the exact price of the products and the shipping cost. for example.if shipping by ems to uk, usually there is no import tax, the shipping time is 4-10days, EMS cant guarantees the shipping time. sometimes, it only takes 4 days , and sometimes it may take 1 month. But for DHL, usually you must to pay tax to UK goverment. and the tax is rather high. so most of the time ,my friends use EMS. But the DHL is very fast, it take 3-5days too UK, and DHL can guarantee the delivery time.
