Solicitor needed for Partnership Agreement

I need a solicitor to draw up a partnership agreeement. Can anyone provide a recommendation?

I will be setting up an LLP with my wife. I want to enable unequal profit sharing. The LLP will be 50-50, but I want to choose how we share the profit each year.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you. Just to clarify, I am a solicitor ( on the Roll of Solicitors) but retired from general practice whilst still active in providing legal advice, resolving disputes (either as mediator for all parties or negotiator for some) and drafting legal documents. I have been giving legal advice on this Forum for 16 years (all still freely available and searchable). The only work as 'solicitor (non-practising) ' that I cannot do is what is termed 'reserved work' being conveyancing, probate and representation in court. Since my message is "See You Out Of Court" I have no need to pay for a Practising Certificate to become 'practising'. I can, therefore, assist Vin Gupta to draw up a partnership agreement if he wishes. I work from home with no office or staff cost so my fees are generally much lower than HighSt/City firms and all work is undertaken by myself personally and never delegated.

Interesting concept. 50:50 but I want control!

Cyndy, variation between ownership and profit share is not uncommon with LLPs which give that flexibility. It is reasonable to reflect variation in , say, investment into the LLP's business, work to be done and expertise provided. I imagine Vin is thinking that he will contribute more of at least the latter two items whereas he sees the business as equally owned with his wife.
