Software for back up to an online server

I used to use Mozy but it seemed to cause me problems so I have given it up.

I have online storage with my hosting account so I could just upload the files but then have to do this manually.

But is there some software out there that would achieve the same for me but cope with doing it automatically.

how do you upload to your storage ftp? if so there is a program called AutoFTP. its free and you can create schedules to upload data.

There are hosting companies that offer daily,weekly and monthly backup facility.

Why dont try cpanel hosting ..in this you can create complete backup of your account including emails from cpanel itself.

Now I read my post I see i have not made it clear - sorry guys and gals

I was asking about backing up a local pc and/or NAS to online server space that I already get as part of my hosting package.

I can do this manually using filezilla but would really want something that picked up and backed up the changes only on a nightly basis.

You can sync/backup between as many computers as you want. You can access the files from the computer or from the net.
