What CRM system do you use, how much do you pay and would you recommend it?

I only need something simple in order to record:

• Client Contact Details
• Sales Conversations
• Orders

And I need to be able to add users along the way.

Thanks!

Office 365. Use SharePoint on-line libraries and lists. You can access your CRM from where-ever you are on whatever device you choose (PC, Mac, ipad/phone, android). So simple you'll wonder why you didn't do it before.

Let me know if you want to learn more.

These three would suit

ReallySimpleSystems CRM
Capsule CRM
Zoho CRM

All have free entry level options.

Based on your requirements, Zoho would suit very well.

MS Office 365 & Sharepoint are not CRMs but can (with time and money) be made to do what ever you need. Microsoft have a CRM called Microsoft Dynamics, but it is way beyond your basic needs.

Thanks @Alan - any idea how much Zoho CRM costs? Also, I use a macbook, but the other user will be PC. I currently use Sage CRM but it isn't fully functional with mac and is too expensive for what I need it for!

Zoho CRM is free for the basic system up to 10 users

https://www.zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html

and about £9 a user for the next version up

yes sage CRM is a dog, and expensive at £20 per user, it seems they sell it though based on the accounting package history, of which it isn't really integrated

( I wish I could sell advice like this, assuming you have 3 users, I just saved you £720 p.a. )

@Lloyd N8N - I recommend Highrise as a very simple and intuitive CRM.

It's one of the earliest cloud CRM solutions, and it is backed with good support. I've sent a few of my clients towards it. I have personally used it (but currently have no use for it), and my clients are happy with it.

I have no commercial links with Highrise (or any of these) whatsoever.

Runner up: Insightly - this is worth looking at too. They have a great integration with gmail.

I have also tested (not exhaustive, but these are the big names):

Zoho
- nice but tries to suck you into the entire Zoho eco system
Pipedrive - excellent for driving sales teams)
Salesforce - sledgehammer for a walnut),
Base - nice but extremely pricey
Capsule CRM - couldn't stick with it beyond the trial. although this was some years back.

HubSpot CRM - they've recently launched this as a 'freemium', it could be of value and is worth having a look at.

HIGHRISE PRICING DETAILS:

Free Plan: 2 users, no files, 250 contacts

Basic Plan ($24/month): 6 users, 5GB storage, 5,000 contacts, 10 deals
