Similar to Online kitchen design layout 2d not plan

I'm looking for something similar to an Online kitchen design layout but it doesn't need to be 3d or a plan layout.

basically a blank canvas then drag/or position sized modules/images on to it to see how it looks

Similar to kitchen units, about 10 sizes, 3 different styles

Anyone know of an existing system/plugin that already does this, or can estimate how much to create the system?

A more advanced version would be to calculate price based on the modules added and give a finished price at end

ie.
assuming it was a very basic 4 of 900h x 600w base units at £50 each, you drag the 4 and position them on the blank canvas side by side and price displayed is £200, if one was a drawer unit at £80 price displayed would be £230

Even more advanced, you save the image created and can then order all the modules needed to create it.

Trouble is I don't really know how to describe it or what to search for to get a better idea of what I want :-(

It would probably be better if images snapped together when move next to each other though

A more advanced version would ideally create a saveable image with a reference number, would have a list of all the modules used to create it and a total price for all the modules needed to create the created layout

Do you think that is easy enough to do?
