Hello guys
I was wondering If I could get a little advice?
I requested a quote for a supplier for some electronic components that I use in the construction of one of my products, and upon receiving the quote I sent across a PO and paid 50% of the invoice in advance.
Now, both the quote for the supplier, and the PO I sent back expressed a specific brand of component.......but instead I received a far cheaper branded component.
I contacted the Supplier and a month on their suggestion has been they can supply me with the right branded part for 4 time the price they originally quoted
I'm now behind in production, and have a heap of assets tied up in the rest of the components constructed and waiting for this part I was ment to receive a month ago.
I'm just not willing to pay 4 times what I was quoted on printable, but was wondering I had any recourse?
