You can list on sites like flippa and sedo. Or post on forums such as acorn domains.
What's the site and how much are you looking for - pm me if you like?

The site is my user name with .com. Not sure how to value this kind of site, I want to make sure my initial costs are covered, however.

Generally speaking a site like this will be valued on a multiple of 3 years earnings - so if it earns £1,000 a year then it's worth £3,000.

This is a very rough rule of thumb though and I'm sure other people will have an opinion but that's a good starting point.

I am interested btw.

The thing is with my site is I get a huge amount of products sent to me to review which I get to keep usually. How can I factor that into the value of the site or does that not come into it?

You could place a rough value on this stuff but, ultimately, it's up to any potential buyer whether this is of any interest?

Personally, it would make no difference to me.

If I were you, I'd search google for related commercial sites. I'd then email the owners of those sites and advise them that you are considering selling the site. I'd especially target those that appear lower than you on google search terms - the higher ranking of your site will be of value to them.

Would prospective buyers require written accounts of revenue earned?

Some will and some will not - just make sure that if you give an earnings figure to anyone that you have something to back this up - it doesn't have to be be too formal.

I know already what is the maximum I would pay regardless, so if you want to tell me what your asking price is I'll give you an immediate answer :)
