ah just posted too. I tried to call them but it seems they are having problems, can't even get through an operator, it hangs up.

I managed to login but the transactions for saturday which I needed to check weren't showing and it logged me out of the system. Have to wait 15mn before trying again.

If you login to your admin account you can unlock the user account.

Talked to them, customers will be able to pay but we can't see the transactions until they fixed the problem. I can't remember my admin password as I always use the user login and they can't send me a password reminder either.

All didn't go smoothly! A customer just rang, Sagepay debited the money twice from her account on 3rd Aug, but I never got the order confirmation. No orders at all on my website for her, had to refund these transactions. Rather embarassing.

Damn, SagePay are a nightmare.

One of our clients wanted to go with them for their website, I warned them it wasn't a great idea, but they went for it anyway. They certainly regret it now, believe me!

TBH I hardly have any problems with SagePay, I only wrote this in case anyone else would have unkown issues on that same day. They were only down for half a day. Some other processors are far worse than Sagepay.

Hi,

If anyone has any outstanding issues with the Sage Pay service, or logging into their My Sage Pay account, or indeed any technical or miscellaneous problems; please let me know and I'll be happy to help resolve them.

Best wishes,

Joe
