Hi, I'm looking to buy branded tops.
Here's an Example of what I mean
There selling : A Nightmare before Christmas Top With Jack and Sally on the Front.
It is being resold from another seller but not the original seller.
1. Do I need permission from the original seller, To resale it myself ?
2. Do I need permission from Director Henry Selick and producer Tim Burton as they have the rights to it?
Another Example would be Disney Products. Buying from people reselling Disney Products and then Reselling them myself on Ebay.
