I’ve been in sales for over a decade and been successful. I’m finding it hard to be motivated to start another sales role “from the bottom” as it were, with senior positions few and far between, and often out of reach having not actually been a manager of people before.
Might sound daft, but I’d like to run a café, or similar. With premises being expensive I’m wondering if a non-customer facing, daily delivery service would be more viable. Delivering to large office blocks etc. around the town centre. My question is would I need any form of qualification, or would a basic food hygiene be sufficient?
Plus any other suggestions, advice would be great.
