First of all, if you're taking it home i would shred it first if you don't already. Not only does this elimate any security issues, you can cram more in!

We use a service from Biffa here. Are your premises rented? If so, you could see what other tennants are doing and perhaps share their service. Otherwise, put some pressure on your landlord to get something sorted, its in their interest seeing as you're their customer!

Have you asked around? Do you share an office building with other companies, or are you on an industrial estate? The likelihood is that others use a recycling company, so you could use the same one, saving unnecessary transportation.

For those wanting to find their local waste an recycling centre, you can find it at:
http://www.environment-agency.gov.uk/netregs/98247.aspx

I've recently written an article on reducing waste which you may find helpful:

Hi guys,

We operate around Kent , Sussex & Surrey. Some paper we collect free of charge, for example travel brochures if it is a large quantity (We make our money by dealing in large quantities and selling recovered material), or for collections such as confidential waste/low volume we charge a small admin fee of £45.

This is an all inclusive price and comes with Waste Transfer Notes & Certificate of Destruction for your records (Beware of recycling companies charging additional fees for Waste Transfer Notes....these are legal documents and the contractor must provide these for every collection as required by law so should be included in your service!)

If you need any advice on how to recycle your waste and what you are required to do by law, please messgae me direct. You can also find some useful information on our website, just go to wastepapersolutions.com

Hope this helps!
