Who are people recommending at the moment for an adwords consultant?

Ideally I would like to talk with someone to discuss setting up several campaigns and whether or not they believe its viable.

Not really looking to pay on spend, just a one off fee.

Like with anything, try to be something of an expert in this field too. Google AdWords is a lot more complicated to manage than it used to be so expert advice is good, but don't entirely entrust your keywords to people outside your business. I always did much better with them myself than the experts I used to hire - especially Google's own advisers.
