Questions for interview? help please

I run a website for local businesses in my area and will soon be interviewing a very successful local business.

I would like to know as business owners what questions would you ask? what would be interesting to know?

Hi Ally. I am not a main stream retailer or high street service provider, but I guess if I was, I would look at the purpose of your interview and see how it could benefit my company through broadening my customer base and potential new sales.

Questions like: How do you engage with your customers.
what is your unique offering to your customers.
how do you monitor customer satisfaction.
what are your plans for growth.
How do you engage with the wider community
things like that. Hope it helps K
