Hello, I am launching a business shortly offering leadership training, coaching and consultancy. The training package is aimed at mid to senior level managers and leaders. If you work in an organisation with this level of employee, please can you advise how to reach the right people with our course details? I am investigating options for targeting the purchasing decision-maker. Thanks for any tips or advice.

I am about to start working as head of sales for a new market place for training providers/learners and my research shows Office Managers, Training Managers, PRs for Sales Heads and HR personnel tend to book the most courses.

Interestingly (maybe), in terms of HR it tends to be lower level employees rather than heads, managers or directors.

For example at DFT this is handled by the Change Management team who are part of the HR function... At my current/old company it would've been the designated training manager and only he would have any power to order training courses. The point of me explaining these points is that its not as cut and dry as our research but hopefully it helps haha!
