Question regarding Bossting Keyword Ranking

I am currently doing SEO for my website .I have a question regarding boosting up keyword searches.
I have one keyword which have zero search on Google.
Is it possible to rank it .And what strategy should i apply?, to take it to the top rankings..
Please any expert help me regarding this issue.

By the way that keyword is included in my target that's why i have to do some thing for it.

If there is no searches for that keyword then no need to promote that keyword. Go with similar keyword, hopefully your keyword got promoted automatically.

Use Organic Keyword, fetch it from Google Adword tool. First start with less competitive keyword & use those keywords in your articles. This will surely help you to Boost your Keyword Ranking.

Dear where i am currently working they give me task in which some keywords i have to bring them on top ranked. so i can't change the same keyword with some other.
So please tell me the solution for the same keyword rather to change it with other keyword.

I don't really think it's an SEO problem to try and make a keyword popular so that people will search on it - that's a much wider marketing issue.

I also don't think you're in the right job if you're using a forum to ask questions like this, and I'd be a little scared if I was paying you to do SEO work for me.
