Hi,
Crunching numbers for an idea which would involve a lot of printing (A4 pages, colour, one side, unbound) Not much colour per page, perhaps 5%.
With outsourcing, the volumes required to get a decent price are high and would tie-up a lot of capital up front.
So, if using a managed printer rental, would appreciate what click per page price I could expect and if there is any negotiation based on coverage and volume. As not full colour, would a contract where I buy the toner be cheaper?
