Podcasting advice

Hi all,

Has anyone on this forum created podcasts? I've just recorded one of an interview with a journalist and looking at the best ways to publish it to give it maximum exposure... I have Wordpress website, so not usre if there are any plugins I could use? Also, should I consider Itunes?

Podbean have a relatively inexpensive hosting service - just google them, I cant post links yet.

I know from friends with podcasts that SoundCloud is a particularly good site for this.

Thanks Henry, I'll check out Sound Cloud, and also look into Itunes. I also want to embed the podcast onto my website, which is on wordpress, so i hope both Sound Cloud and Itunes have this functionality.
