Please help with advice?

My final post on this. I’ve done everything I can spoken to HR and Citizens advice I have even gotten advice from a friend who is a solicitor. In my work place if the supervisor catches someone eating or on their phone they speak to the staff member then the staff reports the supervisor for harassing them. And the staff use the mental health to get the supervisor in trouble.

I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I do not know where or what to do.
This colleague I was friendly (only saying hello) with started reporting me for no reason (I was only saying how are you how`s your day etc ) nothing rude or annoying.
They have reported me 4 times and I have been called in and investigated 4 times every time I have been found not guilty (Management checked witnesses and the cameras)
They told me to avoid her as much as possible which I am doing but she comes in the office canteen when I am on breaks when she has been told not to.
They walk around the building on the phone go for breaks when ever they like. The management will do nothing.
If i leave the office to get paper from the warehouse this person will run up to me then run in the office and make an allegation I said or done something.
I cannot leave the office alone as this person if they see me they will put in a false complaint/allegation.
It sounds like you have yourself a jealous work colleague. Usually this is a type of power game to reduce your chances of promotion while increasing theirs.

Numerous complaints which go no where are a disciplinary issue. Make a formal grievance to HR. Going forward I would advise covertly recording when they are in your presence so you can prove nothing happened. Just in case. Do not tell your employer you are doing this. You need a device like your mobile phone that will date and timestamp the recordings. Going forward complain to HR each time it happens and keep the paper trail.

There is a good chance your grievance will fail because HR will want to make sure nothing is going on before they discipline them. Dont take offence if this is the outcome, they are covering themselves legally. Keep your paperwork whatever the outcome. If they resolve it for you, great all done.

If not then its time to play the anxiety card. You need to tell HR in writing that the colleagues behaviour is causing you anxiety due to fake complaints and a perceived threat to your job. A good way is via email with your own private email address copied in so you can prove you sent it. Next job, go see your GP for anxiety and have them prescribe medication for it.

At that point you have told HR about anxiety, you have laid a paper trail at your GP of anxiety, so if it reaches 11 months without it being resolved you have to go back to HR. Ask formally in writing for a move to a different location in the business. If it reaches 12 months and they have not done this, and cannot show an employment tribunal there was no reasonable way they could have accommodated your request, then they are in violation of the Equality Act. Seek immediate legal advice, you potentially have a claim you would win.

Another option is to be really nice to everyone in the workplace. There are two reasons. It helps defeat any concerns the fake claims are real as people know you are nice. The other is, you`ll find other people turn on your work colleague. Help it along by pointing out what they are up too to everyone.
