Have you just signed an Executive Order @JEREMY HAWKE (when I saw the video I thought it was a comedy skit but nope, it was real!)

Anyway, seriously, I believe the purpose of the sale would be fine but I suspect they may need shredding first, similar to how my daughter can use shredded tyres as arena base on the riding school or you can already get shredded sponge as packaging material.
