Open online website with domain .co.uk

Good night everyone, so I have a project in mind. It's a freelancer service website and I want to use the .co.uk domain and use the quote GBP (Paypal) in this project, but I'm not a british citizen. How it Works? Can I just acquire .co.uk domain and use gbp as currency with payment by paypal with no trouble or I must register as a company in the UK?

No need to create as a company. Just register the domain and set up a business paypal account

Indeed, but the law doesn’t say the address has to be in the UK (unless the business is a registered company).

Do you even need a company?

Lots of people are in business and don't have a company. Just a business.

If you are not a UK-domiciled or overseas registered company then I doubt the requirement to put address etc on there applies to you as you would not be within companies act jurisdiction. It is, however, good practise.

I'm not aware of any restrictions to purchase a .co.uk domain from abroad.

As others have alluded to, a business PayPal account that can transact in GBP is your best bet.
