Well I'm going to because after New Year I am going to redecorate, put in 2 new bathrooms, retile the kitchen floor and walls, put in wooden floors and new carpet and buy completely new lighting and swanky designer furniture. I will go on a real splurge and don't care about the value of the property or what I spend because I am going to be staying put for many years. Can't wait!

This is a pretty bold statement.

You will not find another company on this planet that offers such a complete package and there are features I haven't even mentioned yet. We are currently taliking to the big insurers for instance and there is every likelyhood of a 7 day payout instead of waiting months. We have a direct line to the Met Office. We will know when a RTA is more than a RTA and a terrorist incident.

The bottom line is that no-one can compete with my company on expertise or pricing let alone hassle free. I do appreciate you remarks however. They only confirm that with such an exclusive product we will soon become market leader setting the standards for others to follow.

There are certain rules Ian. No Ferrari's or AM's. Only TVR's or Matchbox's leased from Ling.

50in widescreens are naff. We all got projectors - ie 8 ft wide wall with surround sound. Gold taps of bath are oh so cute if you get your toe stuck and need to call the fire brigade. Most of however prefer a hot tub in the shed playing with a toy Seadoo.

As for wearing a baseball cap back to front. Dodgy that is armed response syle and another officer is likely to shoot you in the back and last but not least. Those Quality Street tins of sweets at crimbo are out. We eat jelly babies and spammers on here.
