Marketing help in the UK

Hi and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your forum. I'm an American and my company Younique is coming to the UK on October 1st. It is such an amazing opportunity and those who are among the first will be in such a great position. I just cannot figure out how to market to interested UK individuals. Facebook is way oversaturated. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

@ethical PR Yes It is an Avon concept with consultants. It is all based online. My ideal candidate is going to be someone who loves makeup, wants to get into direct sales, and is looking for a way to make money from home. That's who I want to market to.

@Jac_Morton Yes! I believe I our products. The selling is done through the website YOUNIque gives its presenters. I have started a blog to drive traffic to it, but it's actually quite nice. You can attach parties to your Facebook and commissions are instant. So the person selling doesn't have to keep stock.

Have a look at what worked for you brand in the US when you've recruited commission only sales reps and what brands like Avon are using here in the UK.

As a new brand you will need to both create awareness and demand for the new product before commission only reps will see value in selling the product.

Not sure from your post what your role is within the company but if they are asking you to introduce the brand into the UK I'm sure they will have put a decent budget and marketing strategy behind the UK launch, which will include identifying how you get reps on board.
