Managed IT Service or one off assistance?

I have a number of domains registered with guru.co.uk and a few are live/hosted. Sadly, they don't do hosted exchange service.

I have hosted exchange, some directly with Microsoft, some with hostinguk, and some with fast host - don't ask!

I will likely add another website or two this year/early next year.

Generally, I'm OK with IT stuff and just about techy enough to muddle through it all, but it's all getting a little messy. These services are spread over 4 different companies too, so I can't really have one 'bulk' account.

I was wondering if it was worth have an IT company look over/tidy up the existing set up, or if they only tend to do that if they manage all of the services. Any idea?

Hi, this kind of setup will get extremely tedious after a while.

May I ask, are all the domains relevant to each other? Maybe it would be best to keep certain domain groups isolated for both security and uptime purposes (if one exchange server goes down for any reason, the others won't).

Managed EXCHANGE infrastructure wouldn't be a tricky thing to get done, there are plenty of hosting companies that offer Managed Setups, and that would likely be a damn lot cheaper than paying a external third party to manage your infra.

Could you provide more info on your infrastructure so we can provide more tailored responses?
