Loomis collections/Halifax bank

Good morning.

I have been asked by loomis to find out who the 'clearing bank' is with for loomis collections. (uk.loomis.com)
However, Halifax support, live chat and email has told me they do not know this.
I am stuck, does anybody else have Loomis collections/change delivery and if so with Halifax?
any ideas?
