Looking For Manufacturer

|I am looking for a manufacturer who can make me a prototype out of NBR Foam with vinyl coating. This is the same type of material that martial art headguards etc are made from. Can anybody help?

I seem to remember a sports club i knew having to get vinyl covered foam padding for a buttress in a gym and they used a company called something like propads to make them to fit - maybe somebody like that or the people who make padding for special needs schools/children ?

Hi We have been involved in the safety helmet sector before. What are your plans once the prototype is made? Are you then looking to manufacture in quantity? Usually the best way to approach this is to find a factory who can make this in production and then they will be able to make the prototype for you. They will also then know how to scale it up into production runs and will be able to give you cost estimates too. Depending on your plans we may be able to assist.
