I'm looking for a good offshore development company for my project,I want to hear your opinion about outsourcing work offshore.Pros and cons of this cooperation, can anyone have any experience of doing such things?

Apart from the obvious pros and cons related to cost, time, quality, etc., a lot will depend upon the project you are looking to outsource.

Generally, if you are looking to develop something one-off and it will not require too much looking after, offshore makes more sense but if you are looking to develop a product, something that needs enhancements, upgrades, support, etc. if may be worth investing little more with a local team or even look at a combination of on-shore/off-shore model. Also, nowadays, UK developers and software development companies have competitive rates because they are aware of the competition from the offshore. I am afraid, it all depends upon what you are trying to develop.

Costs are a function of inconvenience and risk - so pick your own tolerance level.
I'll only talk from my personal experience. You should do a LOT of research before any dealing. Try to get a more clear picture of behind the scenes by trying to communicate directly with the developers instead of the managers, almost everyone can understand English. Having your own business you should focus on it and it’s better not to expand the staff but to outsource some issues to those who is experienced in this area. Try to find professionals and create comfortable communication. Obviously, you will save your money in such way.

Outsourcing "can" work but it depends on your motivation.

Now I outsource dev work but the guys I use cost more than most UK firms! Because my motive is not cost cutting, its about having a quality tool/product/app built to spec, on time whilst being lightweight on resource and using modern standards. Something most software companies worldwide struggle to deliver on.

The cost will vary wildly depending on what you are trying to build but if one guy quotes you say, $300 to build and another quotes you $2500, ask yourself why the wild variation.
