LLP Accounts

Does anybody know if there are templates/charts of accounts available for completion of accounts for Limited Liability Partnerships using Quickbooks or VT.

Any help much appreciated.

I do not believe so. I would just use the standard partnership ones.

I assume you mean for book keeping and not accounts preparation?

It was something that was mentioned by a colleague at the accountancy firm where I work, that these were not readily available.

For accounts prep, no they are not. I only actually have the one to do and it is a complete pain in the arse.

It is usually a bit of a fudge invloving modifying a company set to suit.

Digita does LLP accounts prep. As well as charities and pension schemes.

We only have two - but they are no hassle as we simply enter the TB into Iris and out come the accounts.

Not sure that I would agree that they look like a normal partnership set though!
