Have you heard of a marketing company so confident in what is does it offers its service on a commission only basis?

An example of this is Roller Banners - my client sells them for £30, however I have been marketing them for £49.99 and they have been selling like hot cakes. My client is happy and I’m making more than if I had simply charged him for using my service - a win/win for my client and for my company.

Do you have a B2B product/service which has a high perceived value, but can offered at a rate that I can also generate revenue from?

If so I may be prepared to market the product/service completely free as long as I profit from every sale I generate.

Hello there Geoff,

Is it possible to get your email address so we are able to discuss some opportunities regarding the reselling of dedicated server packages?

Given your confidence in the sales sector I feel this could prove lucrative for the both of us.

Feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]

Thanks.

You're basically a freelance affiliate seller then. Thousands of people scrape by earning a few dollars by using such methods but hey, if you have good selling skills then you can easily make a fortune. With the right product/service and skills, it's a win-win situation.

I wouldn't disagree with you about being an affiliate. Although I would add that I am moving into this because my marketing for my clients has been so productive and I can generate more revenues this way. Plus companies who would not want to spend £2k for me to send out some emails for them get a chance to see email marketing working for them...... with no financial risk.

Didn't I see the exact same post in the SEO/PPC section?

Is this a carpet bombing exercise?

Does this mean you are spamming your potential customers by email?

Have you tried affiliate marketing via Clickbank, ukaffilites etc

Commission is up to 75% on every item sold

Your company name made me think you were an escort agency, is that deliberate?

Nothing wrong with this model the OP suggests . I have over 40 companies doing this for me in my trade channel and the majority of them are much bigger businesses than me.

They know their skills are marketing and selling so that is what they stick at and do well at. I sell my services to them at a trade discount and they sell to the market at whatever price they want.

It is a win win with very little downsides.

offers its service on a commission only basis?

Hi,

Geoff, your proposal seems very interesting, i am prepared to cut you a flat 10% commissions on all sales that meet the moq(minimum order quantity)

A little about me

I am a major shareholder of a mine in south east asia that deals in rubies and sapphires.

If you need more info just google "kingdom mines" and you will see who we are

Do let me know if you are interested

The OP has put up two similar threads which have attracted a high number of views, reponses and interest.

What does this prove?

1. That interesting headlines attract attention.
2. That people continue to be attracted to 'free' offers.
3. That UKBF members (and they are not alone) are underpricing their services if the OP can earn his commiission at a higher price.

Does it prove that the OP will sell your products? No.

Have you got anything to lose by trying the service? No.

It will be interesting to hear the results of any members whose products/services are marketed by the OP.

I would be interested, with my products there is lots of potential, but I'd want to know what methods of marketing would be used so that it doesnt conflict with my own marketing (adwords).

Sorry, but I have.

Had a chat on the telephone.

He has quite a specific route to market which wont suit every product.

But I have to say, no scam (if he hasn't been in touch that wouldn't be a scam anyway) and I can independently verify there is a real person interested in this thread title.

Best wishes

Hi Phil,

was answering a few comments with my reply, one asked , "is this a scam?"

However I do agree with your point, a polite decline would leave a better taste in the mouth.

I'm in the process of setting up a campaign with him starting tomorrow if all goes to plan.

I'll let everyone know how it goes.

He's a bit like Liam Gallagher... too swamped with messages to reply to people

I'm very interested in this. I sell printing and design and can provide them at a rate a lot lower allowing you to make a significant margin on every sale.

Regards.
