hello, i am interested in making ice creams to sell as a small scale money earner does anyone know what sort of equipment i should look at buying and where to get the resources and good recipes for making a winning ice cream

It's good to have some initiative so have you tried Googling for ice cream machines or recipes?

Also it is not as simple as it seems to set up a food business there are various criteria you have to meet to ensure you do not poison anyone!

If you want to set up as an icecream vendor where will you make it and store it, eg do you have a freezer? are you going to meet Health and Safety regulations in your kitchen? have you even got a basic hygiene certificate? When you have all that lot sorted you need to package it and then sell it, presumably you have you given that some thought too!
