legal help required

hi, I am driving instructor in Nottingham at Driving for life, this is my own driving school. i have ranked first page for driving lessons Nottingham, And not long ago it came to my attention another driving instructor was has started trading under the same name, I am 22 years of age and thankfully really busy but I have had my clients who have asked if I had changed my number,
I have tried to dealt with this professionally and spoken over the phone with no luck. I have my 'Certificate of incorporation of a private limited company' which clearly states my driving school name driving for life.
I would now like to seek another option (legal way) just don't know where to start from, any help would be really appreciated,

If he/she is using the same or a very similar name, then this is called 'passing off' and is grounds for litigation.

Definitely get legal advice. It may well be that a letter from a lawyer will be sufficient to stop this guy from passing off as you.

google shows driving for life, which I assume is yours and Mydriving4life, which although similar, is not the same.
