Can anyone recommend a legal expert who can offer some advice and possibly draft some letters?

Not sure if I require a debt recovery or a legal letter - it's quite a sensitive matter but would be good to get some advice.

Looking at your business and query whether you need legal letter or debt recovery suggests you have a client who is refusing to pay for a reason?

If they are not paying as they are alleging that you failed in your services - this could be covered by your Professional Indemnity Insurance where insurers will provide the legal advice and pay legal costs - If you have this insurance policy, Insurers will step in and deal with any allegations and if your unpaid fees are less than the potential financial loss for your client, Insurers are likely to pay the unpaid fees rather than risk the prospect of a formal claim for a higher amount from the client.

The nature of the problem will influence how it is best directed.

For debt collection I'd always suggest a professional collection agency over legal letters- someone like @Steve Thornbury

If it's a litigation thgin then seek a lawyer who specialises in commercial law. Avoid 'we do everything' High Street operations!

Hi there Get Set,

As you mention debt collection I may well be able to help or at least give you some advice.

As you also mention that it is a sensitive matter you can send me a private message if you like to discuss?

Nick
