Its been a long week, BUT the weekend is here!!

I hope everyone has had a productive week so far whatever you may have been doing.

It's been a long but exciting week for me and I'm looking forward to putting my feet up over the weekend - hopefully in beautiful weather as well.

Just discharged myself from hospital last Saturday so spent the week recovering at home.

How has everyone's week been?

Glad you had a good week, mine has been mixed.

My daughter was due to fly out Thursday for a 14 day holiday with us in Spain. We have not seen each other for 19 months. Wednesday night, having packed her case, my son in law came home from work ill and tested positive to covid.

Even more annoying was everyone involved gave vouchers or money back except the companies doing the 5 and 8 day tests- another big Boris rip off!

Good news for us was the shop sales aren’t picking up. Apartment owners from Belgium, France etc getting here so a few more people around.

Everyone except quite a lot of people who are going elsewhere instead.

I'm off to staffordshire. And maybe derbyshire.
Have been to devon a few times, no need to go again this century. Its a nice place, there are nicer.
