The domain name (my business name) that I plan to secure is 5 words/21 characters?

Is it too long?
Would it affect SEO or cause any other issues?

5 words and 21char is pretty long, and if you then addon the email part of "myname@" on the front, are people more likely to be put off by it?

It depends on who you are building the website for in some ways.

I am working on a new project so the tour organiser is not relevant any more.
The new project is called My Wedding at the Château.

I am still not 100% sure about the abbreviation domain...

Keep it simple: chateauweddings.co.uk

But it also depends a lot on your marketing. If most of it will be online you can call it what ever you want as people will just be clicking on links.

How about a shorter domain, such as "wedding-chateau.co.uk"???

How about mychateauwedding.co.uk ? It is currently available and whilst the .com is already registered it has no web presence.

Try to keep it under 15 characters and look for a dotcom. Google for domain name generator, they can come up with some unique twists for you. Oh and do not use hyphens.
