Is ecomzy legit?

I wanna start a new business in ecommerce and thinking of ecomzy. It's pretty new and I don't know to much about it but the main question . Is it legit or no? Any info from a real experience?

No monthly price and just take the commission? That seems odd for a scam. But if they could do this market products and sell for no work why wouldn't they just do it for their own e-commerce store?

There are extensive T&Cs. Stand out clause is that the contract is governed by USA law. That is unusual in that, other than IP law, contract law is governed by the laws of a particular State. So usually the T&Cs identify a particular State. This suggests they want to pick and choose for each dispute! Reading further it confirms this by saying:-

" All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by Ecomzy."

Many major sites run by US companies (eBay,Amazon etc) still agree to be governed by UK and other European law (partly because they trade, for tax purposes, through other countries)

It also says:-

"(e) Modifications. Ecomzy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, revise, or replace this Section 2.22 at any time"

yet there is no clause 2:22!

Worst of all I can see no dispute resolution clause.

I suggest anyone making a financial commitment should understand the T&Cs.

That means for you that you cannot tweak. Those who cannot tweak need people who can.

I think a commission based setup makes the most sense. At the end of the day, the results depend on the effort both sides put in. Am I wrong?
