yes they can send them to us or we can send engineers to fix the pc related problems on the spot at there home/business.

Hmm free version or the paid version of the anti-virus?
I take it you don't want the firewall software or the all in one anti-virus + firewall?

The best one is the one that gives you more control over the software for me personally I would go with Eset smart security the one I'm using right now or bitdefender.

Reason why Eset smart security firewall its because it gives the users more control over the firewall and lets the users decide who can access your computer.

I would go with avast or ZoneAlarm, avast for anti-virus only / ZoneAlarm for anti-virus + Firewall both are free.

Since I used those back in 2012 hard to say but I would go with ZoneAlarm
