Sorry to hear a mountain made out of a mole hill.
I've been importing and exporting to mainland China, HK & Singapore.
Using your business bank to obtain currency at a fair rate is impossible as they have bonuses to generate.
I would highly recommend Travelex, where you simply phone up quoting your client number and you can get realtime forex quote and if you like what you hear you simply book it.
They will then charge only £10 to send money overseas to account details you give them. Cheaper than any bank.
They will then ask you to send a BACS paymenent to them quoting your deal number, once they receive your funds, Travelex send your funds out.
It takes 3 to 4 days maximum and never a problem.
Ask their rep. to call on you and take it from there.

well thanks for that will bear that in mind but already sorted My Spain bank out they told me i can send it to Timbuktoo if i so deisre

But will keep it in mind seeings as you posted in a nice blue colour as well
