sorry the title was meant to be a question 
I have booked a courier service with EZ delivery a month ago. Paid £ 26. Never received the service. I have emailed their 'customer support' many times, no response, ever.
Is there some sort of 'online watchdog' (sorry I don't know how they are called
) that takes care of such problems? I remember that I emailed one of these 'online watchdogs' many years and they seemed very helpful, however I don't remember their URL.
I really have no time and energy to take people to court but can't afford to waste money like that either as I am a 1 person business and don't earn much to start with. Any advice? Thanks
